Portfolio : Ei Ei Aung founded Flash & Sight in 2018 with the vision to support business owners how to maximise each individual talent in its organisations and combine all contribution towards company growth.
Flash and Sight founder, Ei Ei commenced her career at Pun Hlaing International Hospital with various positions and for international exposure and experiences, she spent 8 years in Singapore, all related to customer service industry. Her desire to share knowledge and experience brought her back to Myanmar in 2015. After 2 years of fact finding, she realised the need to improve individual’s mindset, identifying customer needs and the importance to retain good customers. Since she started her company, she has assist more than 1000 employees to understand “customer services” and importance of “human relationship”. These training include individuals and group workshops.
Companies owners are also realising the importance of good training to upscale the company’s image, company financial standing and most importantly retain good employees.
